1. Return Eligibility

- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number and proof of purchase are required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items

- Products damaged by improper handling or misuse by the customer
- Software, digital goods, or downloadable products
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
3. Return Process

- Return Authorization: Upon review, we will provide instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number, which must be included with your return shipment.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return.
Note: Unauthorized returns, or returns sent without an RA number, may not be accepted or processed.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and verify it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund.
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary based on your payment provider.
